Quality Measures

Listening and responding to the needs of customers are the hallmarks of a quality service. SHS annually ask every person to tell us about their hopes and dreams for the future and their needs for the present.
SHS uses CQL's Personal Outcome Measures as a tool to develop quality person driven services.
